Based in Cork, Your Tax Refund Cork was founded by Michael Ahern in 2010. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Degree in Economics as well as a Higher Diploma in Finance from NUI Maynooth. He has many years experience of working in an accountancy practice and dealing with Income Tax Returns for a wide range of clients.
In the current economic climate of tax hikes, Michael recognises the need for Irish taxpayers to be made aware of the possibility that they may have overpaid tax during the last four years and may be entitled to a tax refund.
Through YourTaxRefund.ie, Michael wants to help people claim back any overpaid tax. He is intent on giving a more personalised, one-to-one, straight forward service. His aim is to put more money in your pocket in these challenging times.
